Transportation from / to Suvarnabhumi Airport

A conference receptionist with a sign reading “DRAL 2/ILA 2014” will be at the meeting point in the arrivals exit hall of Bangkok International Airport at scheduled times on 10th-12th June 2014 for conference participants who make an advanced booking for pick-up. After a warm welcome, he/she will guide you to change currencies, buy cell phone cards (if desired), and then take you to your hotel. The Arrival schedule is listed below. The fare is 420 Baht per person per trip for shared transportation. Alternatively, private transportation (without waiting for a scheduled pick-up time) is 1,100 Baht per trip for a 3-seat SUV and 1,400 Baht per trip for an 8-seat van.

For departures, transportation to the airport is also available with the same fares. For shared transport, departure times from hotels are  03:00, 06:00, 09:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00 and 21:00 on  14th-16th June 2014. Departures via private transportation can be arranged at any time for 1,100/1,400 Baht per trip.

To make transport arrangements, please email your arrival and departure details to guarantservice@yahoo.com. You should include the following information at least 3 days before your scheduled arrival.

  1. your flight number
  2. arrival date and time (in the local time zone)
  3. hotel details
  4. name(s) of accompanying person(s) (if any)
  5. visa-on-arrival details (if any)

Additional Remarks:  

  1. For other arrival and departure dates, only private transportation booking will be available.
  2. Participants without an advanced booking may be provided a seat on shared transportation if available with the same fare.
  3. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us well before your arrival or departure date.
  4. A receptionist is only available during the designated period and can be reached at 081 4412718 (local number).
  5. Please print this sheet and bring it with you to Thailand.

 

Don’t forget !!!Turn right after you exit customs, walk towards the meeting point. There will be plenty of signs pointing you that way.
