- This is to update students’ names.
- By March 10th, the link will be deactivated.1
- In case of any problem, teachers could directly contact Khun On-anong, 8717.

[2] record of their access for the online practice

- This is to finalize students’ names and their desk numbers, and to notify them of their online quiz access.2
- In case of any problem, teachers could directly contact Khun On-anong, 8717.

20 – 24 Apr 2020

In this week, a computer room for the online practice is available at SoLA301; Mon-Fri; 16.30-17.20

- This is to remedy any inconvenience of the online quiz access.

Online quiz weeks of LNG101, LNG220, LNG103 and LNG223

- The quiz will take place in the normal class period.3
- Your students should be informed of this.

Makeup of the online quiz for those who miss the previous quiz

Time: 13.30 - 14.20
Room: SoLA407 Zone A for LNG101
Room: SoLA301 for LNG220
Room: SoLA407 Zone B for LNG103
Room: SoLA302 for LNG223

- Students have to provide

  • in case of sickness

- receipt of medical fee
- medical certificate
- university request form with advisor’s approval

  • in case of any university-related mission

- letter of organizational announcement
- university request form with advisor’s approval
- The submission deadline of the request form and its evidence is May 8th.

Notes:
1.   The link attached is for the updated student names of all sections of LNG101, LNG220, LNG103 and LNG223.
Please access the website during March 2-10th, 2020 and make sure that all of your students are included in the list.
If there is any problem, for your convenience, please follow these steps:

  1. Access the website.
  2. Select the subject(s) you are teaching.
  3. Please do all four steps to view student names, submit problems, confirm the status, and save the records.
  4. To submit the problems, please add and/or delete your students’ names according to their real presence, and confirm
    the status as ‘editing in progress.’ If all students’ names are correct, please confirm the status as ‘all correct.’
    By this way, your information will be viewable to all the parties so that they can easily make use of it.                  

2.    By the due date, April 3rd, 2020, schedules for the online quiz, updated student names and records of students’ online
practice of LNG101, LNG220, LNG103 and LNG223 will be officially announced. If there is no mistake and if teachers have
not submitted or reported any problems, this is to confirm teachers have agreed that everything is alright and ready to go.

3.   Once the individual online quiz section ends, please DO NOT take a photo of students’ scores from the computer screen.
The scores will be announced and dropped in your mailbox at least 10-14 days after the quiz date.
