“การดำเนินการสอบวัดระดับภาษาอังกฤษในครั้งนี้จะมีการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ตามวัตถุประสงค์การดำเนินการตามภารกิจของมหาวิทยาลัย ทั้งนี้มหาวิทยาลัยปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 และ ข้อบังคับมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ว่าด้วย การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2563 รวมถึงกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกประการ”

“In this exam, there will be collection, use, or disclosure of personal data following the objectives and mission of the university. The university adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act BE 2562 and the regulations of King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi regarding the protection of personal data BE 2563. This includes compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.”
