ข้อกำหนดในการเข้าสอบระหว่างสถานการณ์การระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19

1) กำหนดให้ผู้เข้าสอบสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัย (แบบใดก็ได้) อย่างเคร่งครัดตลอดระยะเวลาการสอบ 
2) กำหนดให้ผู้เข้าสอบทำความสะอาดมือด้วยเจลแอลกอฮอล์ก่อนเข้าห้องสอบ
3) มีการตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิร่างกายผู้มีสิทธิ์สอบก่อนเข้าห้องสอบ  
4) วิธีการลงชื่อเข้าสอบในวันสอบ ใช้เครื่องสแกนหรืออ่านข้อมูลบัตรประชาชนแทนการลงลายมือชื่อ
5) กำหนดให้ผู้เข้าสอบจำห้องสอบและเลขที่นั่งสอบให้ได้อย่างถูกต้องแม่นยำ ก่อนมาถึงห้องสอบ ทั้งนี้สามารถตรวจสอบรายชื่อ ห้องสอบ และที่นั่งสอบได้ตามลิงค์ด้านล่าง 
6) ควรมาถึงห้องสอบก่อน 15 นาที (ขอให้เผื่อเวลาตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิร่างกาย)
7) อนุญาตให้นำเพียงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (ไม่ให้มีซองใส่) และปากกา 1 ด้าม ติดตัวเข้าที่นั่งสอบเท่านั้น โดยของใช้และสัมภาระอื่นๆ ให้วางในห้องสอบ โซนด้านหน้าห้อง
8) กำหนดให้ผู้เข้าสอบแต่งกายด้วยชุดนักศึกษา

      ***กรณีบุคคลใด
          (1) มีอุณหภูมิร่างกายสูงเกินกว่า 37.5 องศาเซลเซียส หรืออาการต้องสงสัย
          และ/หรือ
          (2) ไม่สวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัย

    จะไม่ได้รับการอนุญาตให้เข้าสอบ ***

*คณะฯ มีการทำความสะอาดเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์หูฟังก่อนการสอบทุกครั้ง*

สำหรับผู้ที่พักอาศัยหรือเดินทางผ่านพื้นที่ควบคุมสูงสุดและเข้มงวด (จ.สมุทรสาคร) ต้องติดต่อคณะ/ภาควิชาของตนเอง เพื่อขออนุญาตเข้าพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัยให้เรียบร้อยก่อนวันสอบ และนำหลักฐานมาแสดงในวันสอบ

Regulations for attending the TETET test during the COVID-19 pandemic

1) All testees are required to wear mask all the time of test taking.

2) All testees are required to clean their hands using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

3) There will be temperature checking before entering the room (Temperature must not be over 37.5 ◦c.)

4) There would be a use of ID card scan instead of signature signing.

5) All testees are required to check the room and seating number before taking the test.  The link for checking this information is given below.

6) All testees are required to be present 15 minutes before the test time. (Please prepare extra time for temperature checking).

7) Only Identification card/Passport and one pen are allowed at the exam seat. Other stuffs can be left in the space provided in the exam room.
8) All test testees are required to wear student uniform.

***Important notices:

Testee (s) who has/have the body temperature over than 37.5◦c. or have other symptoms such as coughing or running nose, or do not wear mask will not be allowed to take the test. ***

*All computers and headsets are cleaned before each test administration.*

For students/applicants who live in or travel past the maximum and strict control zones (Samutsakhon), please contact your department or faculty for asking permission to enter the university and the permission evidence (s) have to be presented on the test date.
